I love being a carpenter, and I love the experience of learning to be a better carpenter.  The breadth of skills and knowledge are vast, and as problems or tasks arise, the perspective of each individual carpenter can present a unique solution. It's inspiring to see these differing viewpoints ultimately striving to accomplish a shared goal.  I count myself lucky to be surrounded by a team that is not only committed to making great work but is also genuinely invested in the development and encouragement of its members.

Writing and recording music with my buds, building furniture, playing video games, bouldering, quality hang time with family and friends
