Once we have an understanding of where you are, we will outline key next steps to keep the ball moving towards production.

We can provide pricing assistance at any many points before construction begins.  Conversations about potential costs based on your ideas may be helpful as you consider what scope of work to pursue. If you have project documents we can provide a line-itemed, detailed and accurate budget proposal.  

Value Engineering

If necessary we can value engineer the budget . . .

If necessary we can value engineer the budget into a more comfortable place. Simply put, this is the phase where we streamline scope and budget. Most projects go through some form of Value Engineering.  

Project Management

During the pre-construction phase your project manager is selected . . .

During the pre-construction phase your project manager is selected. Your project manager will become your main point of contact for the entire project. They will stay involved through construction and into post-construction. Terra Firma development staff stays involved with invoicing and budget tracking.

Post-Construction

Final Walk-through

The work is completed . . .

The work is completed. We have finished “punch list” items and you are in your newly finished space.  Terra Firma will do a final walk-through upon completion. We’ll discuss the project, how it went, ensure expectations were met, and provide information for how to handle anything that may come up.

Guarantees and Warranties

After a year in the new space . . .

After a year in the new space, we expect that certain things may need adjustments, touch-ups and management as you break-in your new space. We’ve planned for this and will come take care of these items as needed.
