What I love about Tera Firma that as a carpenter and a member of a community I am encouraged and empowered to take care. Care for our work at every step of the process, care for each other in learning from and supporting one another other as a team, and care for our relationships with clients and our community. I’m proud to be doing work that brings beauty and function into the world with a company that has put so much intention into the care that this work deserves.
